How many different people do I have to deal with?

When is the Pre-Closing Inspection?

Within a week prior to closing, we will contact you to meet with our representative for this inspection. This inspection will take approximately 2 hours.

What happens if there are problems after I move in?

How long will it take to build my home?

Once a lot and home model are selected, it takes approximately 4 months until the house is complete and ready for move-in. When you meet with our sales staff, they will advise you as to a reasonable timeline for your project, and keep you informed throughout the entire process of creating your home.

Is there a warranty on my new home?

Yes, our warranty is for one year from the closing date. After that, the Tarion Warranty Corporation’s warranty commences.

Are there hidden fees and charges?
