History

For over 30-years, Peterborough Homes has been an active builder in Ontario spanning various cities including Kingston, Belleville, Peterborough, Cambridge and London. The company focuses on building communities within a 2-hour drive of the Greater Toronto Area. Today, we stand out as one of the most reputable builders in our communities and we were recently awarded best home builder by the readers of the Peterborough Examiner.

While building approximately 50 homes per year, we have consistently maintained an excellent rating with the Tarion Warranty Corporation, and in 2003 were rewarded with Tarion’s prestigious President Award, recognizing excellent quality of construction and after sales service.

We are a local builder, and use only local professionals and trades in the construction of our homes. Over time, we have proudly become an active part of the communities in which we do business and are actively involved in events, charities and other organizations.
