Brian Fenton, President

Brian has over 30 years of experience in land development and home building. Managing a team of many professionals, he has successfully developed in excess of 20 residential subdivisions between London and Kingston comprising over 2,500 serviced lots and built and sold in excess of 2,000 homes. Brian is a “hands on” principal who is actively involved in all aspects of the business including operations marketing and sales.

Terry McIlwain, Construction and Sales Manager

Terry McIlwain has been with Peterborough Homes for more than 30-years and takes personal pride in the homes he builds. Terry oversees the design, development and sales of our quality homes, and ensures that our customers are satisfied with the final product. Terry meets with our customers during the sales and building process, and works with them to create the home that they envision.

Rob McIlwain, Site Foreman

Rob Mcilwain is the site foreman for Peterborough Homes, and is responsible for overseeing our high level of quality and workmanship throughout the entire building process. Rob communicates regularly with our customers from the time they buy a home up until they move in, and then ensures our clients receive any after sales service that is required. Rob has been involved with Peterborough Homes since early 2000. Rob is passionate about each home that we build and takes great pride in working with our customers and ensuring that we continue to build on our excellent reputation.
